Let our wedding and event professionals work with you and your family to help bring your event to life! We will sit down with you to create a wedding or event checklist that is customized to your specific event. No event to large or too small, we handle it all!

WEDDINGS

Each Wedding Coordination Package is tailored to fit your specific wedding needs. Below is an example of services. Book the entire package below for only $800 and it will include up to 12 hours of services!



REHEARSAL ONLY - Starting at $200 (Up to 2 Hours)

  •  Organize the rehearsal and timing of activities.
  •  Explain the different duties of the wedding party – escorts, gift table, packing and removing items from all rooms by designated time.
  •  Arrange participants.

WEDDING CEREMONY ONLY - Starting at $200 (Up to 2 Hours)

  •  Set out programs, if applicable.
  •  Communicate with and cue the ceremony officiant.
  •  Placement of the aisle runner, if applicable.
  •  Prior to ceremony, line up wedding party to be escorted.
  •  Cue musicians.
  •  Cue wedding party for walk down aisle.
  •    Coordinate photo time for the wedding party.
  •    Cue the caterer and bartender to begin cocktail hour, if applicable. 


RECEPTION ONLY - Starting at $400 (Up to 4 Hours)

  •    Assist with placing favors, menus, candles, and decor at tables, if applicable.
  •    Have wedding party announced to the reception. 
  •    Act as a verbal liaison between client and vendors.
  •    Relay any issues to the client for the client to resolve.
  •  Provide reception itinerary to all vendors.
  •   Cue the MC to announce the dinner service, if applicable.
  •   Cue the MC to announce formal events and announcements, if applicable.

WEDDING DAY-OF COORDINATION (CEREMONY and RECEPTION) - Starting at $600 (Up to 6 Hours)

  •  Communicate with client and vendors prior to the wedding to complete wedding itinerary.
  •  Assist with the arrange delivery, setup and pick up of rental equipment.
  •  Cue announcements and transitions with DJ and/or MC.

 

WEDDING AND EVENT COORDINATORS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Moving or lifting furniture or equipment.
  • Ensuring the venue (including tents, outdoor spaces, or public locations) is ready for use prior to set up. This includes asking patrons to           move, assisting with electrical issues, cleaning up of debris, adjusting the thermostat/venue temperature, removal or movement of                   furniture/equipment/etc.
  • Purchasing additional equipment unless the client has agreed (even verbally) to reimburse the coordinator.
  • Performing services not listed in the contract (including acting as a caterer, bartender, DJ, cleaning service, electrician, plumber, etc).
  • Performing any duties in which the coordinator does not feel comfortable or safe, especially when such duties were not communicated in         advance.

Each Event Coordination Package is tailored to fit your specific event needs. Below is an example of services. Event Coordination starts at just $50/hr.

  • Moving or lifting furniture or equipment.
  • Ensuring the venue (including tents, outdoor spaces, or public locations) is ready for use prior to set up. This includes asking patrons to           move, assisting with electrical issues, cleaning up of debris, adjusting the thermostat/venue temperature, removal or movement of                   furniture/equipment/etc.
